“An amazing little cottage in beautiful surroundings. We loved being able to wander the stunning grounds, and the provided milk, cereal and eggs was a lovely touch. The cottage is perfect, clean and comfortable, and dog friendly too!”

Well appointed and stocked with all amenities one could want from beach towels, chairs, coffees & teas, toiletries, etc. The kitchen was beautifully appointed with high end appliances. Very close to all shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The house was perfect for us as we needed a base for visiting family in Chichester. Very comfy beds and clean throughout. We didn’t really use the kitchen but looked like it had everything you’d need. Garden was lovely and the house was perfectly located 10min straight down to the beach. Very happy to have found somewhere pet friendly so that we could actually make the weekend happen! Thank you ”

“We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

“Lovely Property with comfortable and cutely setup bedrooms, plenty of space for families to spend time together, relax and enjoy, all the bathrooms were nice and clean. Wonderful garden to relax and enjoy the sun in with a large clean swimming pool. The host had provided us with some complementary refreshments, which was generous, host was also in regular contact providing us with information when needed. “Very clean and well equipped. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely bathroom. Quiet location but short drive to shops and pubs. ”

“The directions were accurate so we easily found the property and parking was more than adequate. It is on a very regularly used road so traffic noises were a minor issue. We were greeted by a very helpful and convivial host who lived on site so was readily available, (but not obtrusively so), to answer queries. The cottage was cosy and met our short stay needs well; we particularly enjoyed sitting reading by the log burner! Thank you Janet. ”
