“We were very happy with the place. It rained 4 out of the 5 days but can only blame mother nature for that. There was no canoe which we had counted on so we could go fishing. We fished off the pier but was not the same. It advertised as having kayaks and a canoe. That was our only disappointment.”

“This is a perfect little cabin with a beautiful view of the lake. My favorite part was sitting at the end of the dock in a lawn chair, sipping coffee and enjoying a pastry while taking in the peaceful views of the lake near the Yellow River. Will be back for another stay later on this year. ”

“Everything about this property was perfect. We were looking for a place that fits our big family and our dog. And this was it. Room for everyone to have their space and then come together to play. The game room downstairs and large dinning room fit our needs and then some. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook ourselves. Definitely check out “Max’s on the Lake” when you don’t want to cook. Loved my burger. We are excited about coming back next...
