“The property was exactly as described and the photos were accurate. The location was great. The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Only minor issue was that there was no bath soap or shampoo. The listing probably mentioned that and I missed it because I travel a lot and I’ve never had a property not have those items. It wasn’t a huge deal but mentioning in case others are like me and assume it will be there. They did have dish soap and small hand soaps for the sink. Other tiny...

“Second time at this location and all of the family members were impressed (4 brothers and 3 wives). The updated (since first visit) two main bedrooms was very impressive and made stay even more enjoyable. The location works well for visiting nearby cities and provides an enjoyable stay at the beach. Yes, we did see elk and will plan to return again.”

“The house is large - room for everyone. We liked the layout- two dining areas & three sitting areas. 4 full bathrooms. One thing to know- all the bedrooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floor. We liked being close to the beach & being on the northern most point of the boardwalk. The house was very clean & modernized.”

“Great location with a fabulous view! Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Very close to the attractions, restaurants and shopping in seaside. Perfect location right on the beach. Very friendly staff. ”

“This house couldn’t be more perfect for a weekend in Astoria with family. It’s clean, spacious, well decorated and had thoughtful touches throughout the bathrooms and bedrooms. My family of 5 spent a weekend here for a wedding, and it was a great landing spot for the festivities as it was so close to anything we needed. Be sure to walk down to Coffee Girl (15 min) or the nearby Safeway if you need groceries. Also- you can’t beat the living room view of the water!”

“The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. “This was everything we’d hoped for and more. Super host available for questions, impeccably clean. Best beds and very quiet, peaceful setting. Loved the wildlife on the river. Best equipped kitchen of any B&B I’ve ever stayed in. very grateful!”

“We have being stay at this cottage numerous times a year since 2017. I love the backyard for the dogs, the interior space is very comfortable and the location is just a few short blocks to the beach. We love having dinner at Nonni's in Seaside and always do lunch at the Bridgerwater in Astoria. Highly recommend.”

"Rummet fräscht och nyrenoverat. Badrummet i behov av renovering. Det var nog rent, men kändes inte så eftersom det var så så litet. Trevligt med utsikten över hamnen."
