“Beautiful waterfront with marina for the boating crowd and more. Very nice Little resort - clean room. Check in and out was easy. Coffee and ice and mini fridge in room. Bed sheets pillows all very comfortable. Lovely water views and sunrise. Nice little patio as well. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks for having us! ”

The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available.”

“We live in Jacksonville but had an event all weekend in St Aug and were looking for something at a decent price and location. That way we didn't have to drive back and forth. This place hit the nail on the head. The house was perfect for two couples. Some people might be put off because it's in Lincolnville but it was absolutely fine and super close to town. I'd recommend this place to anyone pretty much. ”

“We all were very impressed by the house and enjoyed our stay. Suggestions: The downstairs bathroom attached to the bedroom. Bite the bullett and redo the plumbing. It smelled bad on arrival but upon use was fine. Draining water caused noise indicating venting issues, which likely also cause the smell. Shower controls are off causing inability to have a coolish shower. It was virtually always on very warm. ”

“Perfect size for a couple or small family! Stocked very well with anything you might need, coffee, tea, spices and condiments, including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family. ”

“This was the perfect location for us. It was close to the downtown area but also close to some great local spots. Having the pool access was a highlight to help us unwind in between exploring. When we ran into the host they were friendly and gave some great food recommendations. We loved staying here and will definitely be back! ”

“Great location and had everything we needed for our stay. Right in the middle of things, with easy access to the trolly, a short drive to the historic district, and shopping. Off street dedicated parking was wonderful.”

“The property is beautiful and in an amazing location. We loved seating on the big wraparound porch. The beds were comfortable and there is so much natural light pouring into the house. Super close to the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Absolutely would stay here again.”

“A good-sized apartment in a quiet setting, yet close to historic town. It was peaceful overlooking the marsh to the west and also watching the sunset. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage to unpack clothes. The kitchen was well supplied. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. ”
