“We booked this property for everyone to stay for my daughter’s Bachelorette Party. It was close to dinner and activities but not in the noise of the city. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. The livingroom has so much seating. The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us to visit.The host responded quickly to all of our messages. Has great video on how to use the Whirlpool Tub. Great place to stay.”

“The house is great, lots of room and things for the little kids to do. We did find some "debris " from previous people left uncleaned. We put some chemicals in the hot tub so we could use it and then had to leave early for a family emergency. Overall, the stay was very good. ”

Even the 1yr old grandkid did well! “We were in Fargo for 4 days and 3 nights for our son’s wedding. Communication with Richard was amazing!! He was the perfect host! While we were traveling from Iowa he offered to pick up anything we thought we might need when we arrived.
