“I was at the property for less than two hours when I witnessed a rat run from the bathroom into the kitchen. Due to this, I canceled my stay and left immediately. I contacted customer support to request a refund but was told it could not be approved without photo documentation. Given the situation, my priority was leaving the property promptly rather than taking pictures. I found this experience very disappointing and expected better cleanliness standards.”
