“Good, safe location with nice neighbors. House is exactly as described - 2BR, 1BA with a nice carport for parking in the back. Communications and check-in/out were very easy with the owner. The mattresses were comfortable, WiFi was plenty strong, and A/C was able to keep up on some very hot summer days and nights. Overall a good value and I would stay here again if in the area.”

“This was perfect for our trip from out of state to catch a football game. It was a great price and there was more than enough room for our group of 4. Only knock was a few cockroaches we came across, but only two really isn’t a deal breaker. The rest of the house was clean and ready for our stay ”

“We enjoyed our recent trip to Starkville very much as we were looking for an affordable place for our family. This place has it all and the host takes good care of the guests with prompt communication. All amenities including beds are in a great condition and the place is also close by to MSU. I would highly recommend this place to other visitors. ”

“For the condition of the property, it was clean and comfortable. However, it was much more run down than I expected it to be. I felt very safe, and the owner was awesome in communicating and providing everything we needed. It is just a much more dated, older house than I expected.”

“We loved the house! They’ve done a marvelous job remodeling the inside. We had a great stay and will come again!We had some storms while we were there with heavy rain and several windows and the patio doors leaked significantly. But we let the property managers know and hopefully something can be done to prevent that again!”

“Loved the historical atmosphere. Beautiful ceilings and charm all around. Close proximity to coffee and restaurants.Will stay again when we come back to Columbus.”
