The location is peaceful and scenic, with the river literally in the backyard. One of 4 “bedrooms” was an open upstairs loft and z as second was a bed in a living room space on lower level. 4 retired guys made it work but may bd an issue for some. House very well stocked. Quiet area on river. ”
