“This is our second time to stay at this nice little getaway. We love the privacy and the fact it's at the end of the road. My husband kayaked while I fished off the dock. The house is cozy and perfect for just relaxing. Definitely our go-to in Menard for wanting to get away!”

“We actually didn’t get to stay in this property due to a plumbing issue. Everything in San Angelo was booked during our stay, but the host made sure to secure us a place to stay and put us up in another one of her properties the next night. She was AMAZING! And made a bit of a stressful situation as smooth and accommodating as she could! ”

“The property was well kept and had all the basic necessities, but wow—the beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept on. And not just in one room—all three. The mattresses were thin enough to feel the springs, and they were incredibly hard. A couple of my family members ended up sleeping on the sofa, which, sadly, was more comfortable than the beds.Also, every mattress had a plastic protector. I understand wanting to keep things clean, but the constant crinkling sound every time someone...

“We were in town for two nights for a wedding. The house was small and simple, but perfect for our needs. Also provided water bottles, which was a nice touch. Electronics are updated and the kitchen was nice. ”
