“Nice little cabin, deer in the area. Something different than a motel. A nice change of pace. Very reasonably prices.”

“Fabulous place!! Loved the decor! Pictures didn’t do it justice. Probably the best appointed rental I’ve ever stayed in. All the spices one might want, fully outfitted kitchen. Very cozy and comfortable. Great location, walk to hot springs. Though close to the Main Street it is well insulated so very quiet. Ohea was a wonderful host, very responsive. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the shower. I would definitely stay again!!”

“Overall, our stay good. Normally it would be a great location; downtown, close to resturants, but the street just outside of the apartment was torn up and the access was made more difficult. The other things that were not ready were the sheets were piled on the bed, and it was not made up, In addition, the tv remotes did not work. First, it was the one in the living room and after it was fixed the one in the bedroom quit working. ”

“This condo is located in walking distance to old downtown Pagosa and The Springs Resort/hot springs. The condo is cute and well maintained and had most provisions. It was nice having the washer/dryer and laundry soap available. The only negatives were the amounts of hair on the bedspread/pillowcases. ”

“The property manager was superb and quick to respond to a fire alarm (bad battery in an older unit). The location is excellent. Our only concern is for the City of Pagosa Springs and the downtown construction on the major artery through town, scheduled to last at least two years. Pagosa is a wonderful town, and the scenic beauty surrounding it is our favorite in all of Colorado. We only hope that downtown businesses can survive the construction.”

“Beautiful location with expansive views. Very quiet neighborhood. I found it easy to get to, easy to access the garage and home. It is a beautiful home, and comfortable, with everything you could need for a lovely getaway!”

“The place was beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of space for our needs. The only thing that detracted from the stay was the hardness of the beds. They were very firm. However overall it was a great place to stay. ”

“Plenty of room for our girls weekend get away. House is well stocked and met our needs. Enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. ”

“Overall this was a great property and would highly recommend. The location was perfect. Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room. You can see directly into the living room and kitchen...

“The cabin was perfect for our group of four. It would be very comfortable for 6 guests as well. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay near the ski area or Pagosa Springs. Checking in and out was super easy. The property managers were very helpful with the process and reached out to be sure everything was set up for our stay. The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and everything worked perfectly. We will stay here again when we return to Wolf Creek.”

“There is road construction through town but it did not take away from the charm or beautiful surroundings. It made walking easier too because the traffic is slow and alllows for crossing the roads. The side walks are still accessible too.”

“Super nice place, close to town but feels remote. Lots of outside space, river is great!”

“This house is beautiful! I wish they had a sign from the street showing you were the house is cause we passed it then the drive way in can be a little sketchy. But they were really good at answering our text when the WiFi went out and about the air. So if you going to stay here and it’s middle of summer or hot just a heads up there is no AC we didn’t know about that. Also they say they are “dog friendly “ but you can’t have your pets on the furniture or you will be fine you also can’t leave...

“I needed a monthly stay as I was in the middle of a move and the new property was not ready. Trisha was so accommodating, kind, and super sweet about my dog. Overall a very refreshing stay. Really great trails in the area, too. Would return in the future for a vacation. ”
