“Didn't stay here much, a friend used it a few nights though, and I visited. Totally my mistake, last minute looking after a puppy meant I couldn't use. Such a real shame, because I'd have had an amazing holiday here otherwise.”

“The house is perfectly situated in the middle of East Looe. Close to the beach and the busy High market street with all its restaurants but still not so close that you can't get a good night sleep. The house is well equipped, but the narrow and steep stairs can be a problem for those having problem with their legs. The cleaning could however be a little bit better.”

“We had a few minor problems on arrival, which are charming host sorted quickly. The house and location are stunning. It is close to the beach, various eateries and a Post Office/ local store.The steps up to the house were challenging, but worth the effort. All the rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. And it was wonderfully quiet at night. We hope to return.”

“We were a group of 2 families and had 2 children each. The property was perfect for this type of group as 2 rooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, each floor having a master. All Rooms and en-suites were lovely, modern and spotless. The whole house is decorated beautifully , the view is outstanding. So lovely to have. The walk down to carbis bay was done daily by my 4 and 6 year old, despite the hill. It’s very doable. The bus stop is literally right outside to go to st ives or Penzance if you don’t...

“The property was in an ideal location for walking. The accommodation had everything we needed apart from there was no coat hangers. The food at the pub was very good especially the Sunday lunch. It was very quiet at night. We walked from the property to Lands End. There was a Spar close by. The accommodation was very clean but there was a slight problem with damp in the bathroom. I would stay here again ”

“There is so much to say about our stay, property done as you would have your home away from home. Views incredibly memorable and the peace and quiet atmosphere its magical. Property owner more then just a host, as is so helpful that you really get that these days. We have enjoyed every day.Thank you”

“The property was very well maintained clean and comfortable. Parking was just up the road where there was plenty of room at the side of the road. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The POD was great for a couple of nights but wouldn't have been suitable for a longer stay due to its size. The POD is in the owners garden. It was a 20 minute walk from St. Ives Harbour but there was a bus stop a short walk away.”

“The best of the stay for us was how thoughtfully things were made available to cater to the needs of the guest. From the Welcome book which had instructions and takeout menus to the safety pins in the drawers to the utensils in the kitchen. The location as well made our stay so much better, there is Co-op a couple meters away and short walk to the seafront. ”
