“We booked a last minute stay here and it turned out to be a really cool addition to our road trip. It is even more secluded than we had imagined. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. I would stay here again if I end up crossing through this part of MO on a future trip”

“What a peaceful serene piece of property. We truly were able to relax 🤍The river is a short walk from the cabin. Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed being there. The details of the cabin are well thought out. From salt & pepper and other seasonings, paper plates, coffee and filters, toothpicks, an extension cord, citronella candles, first aid kit, and dog bowls. It’s all in the details, and they’ve put a lot of care and effort. The cabin was clean and comfortable. . I can’t wait to come back....

“Property is very spacious. The owner was there to greet us. We were a few minutes early to check in, but he was welcoming. Invited us to use veggies from the garden. The house had plenty of space for our group. The kitchen was nice and big. The faucet at the sink was very loose, but worked fine. Great front porch! The deck in the back seemed unstable with boards that were either damaged or needed more support. The pool and deck around it were nice. There is a great fire pit area. We didn’t use...

“House is clean and adequate. Decor is very dated. No TV. No outdoor seating. Very dim lightbulbs. No central air but plenty of window units to keep house cool when we were there ( wasn’t too hot yet).”

“We had the best time at Crooked Creek Ranch! The property is beautiful and the creek is close enough that if you forget something, you can run back up to grab it at the house. The house has everything you could need. The kitchen is stocked with essentials which makes it easy. I was even able to do some laundry before heading home. My daughter loved all the animals. It was so much fun to walk around and explore the property. She made friends with the barn cat that comes around and loved waking up...
