“The property was absolutely beautiful and perfect. We had 2 people on walkers and there were 3 steps into the property. We made it though!! There was a bedroom on the main floor whuch was goid.”

“BEAUTIFUL! Steve and Leanne are wonderful host. Steve took usbon a tour of the property, the scenery was amazing, and the weather was perfect. Although we only stayed one night, we've already booked our return trip Couldn't get enough of the calmness and tranquility we definitely needed. I highly recommend this place. Anyone looking for a peaceful retreat, you can NOT pass this place up. ”

“The actual home and hot tub were very nice, but the location was not what was expected. Close to a busy road with noise and behind a gas station and retail store, nearby train tracks. The cows and pond were nice-Just hard to enjoy with the other distractions. ”

“Wonderful place to getaway from the city. My family spent Thanksgiving here. The owner notified us our cabin was having issues with wifi so she upgraded us to a bigger one with a hot tub. The wifi was still a bit touch and go at first but it was raining and they use satellite. Make sure to print out directions so you can get in and out with ease. Cell reception is almost none existent. But if your trying to get away , you have found the perfect spot! ”

“This cabin was absolutely beautiful. You can tell the owners really care and the details made us feel very welcome. The place qas even better than the pictures and we had a great stay at Hidden oaks! We will definitely be returning in the future!”

“A wonderful little cabin in a beautiful setting. Every amenity provided. Clean. Comfortable. Swim spa is an added luxury. An enclosed front porch and covered back porch with lots of comfy seating. A super location. 10 mins from a brewery, distillery,and winery. Super host. We enjoyed it all.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Ponderosa cabin. It’s a log cabin so electric outlets are scarce. The cabin is off of the main road by about 9 miles of small twisting paved roads making nighttime driving a challenge. A really nice setting for a relaxing few days. Gary is very accommodating. ”

“We absolutely loved staying here. The host was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back to this little gem!”

“We wanted a quiet, calm vacation and that’s what we got! The cabin was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you would need. The host, Nancy was very nice and responsive. If you plan to stay awhile the nearest Walmart is about a half hour away in Jasper. Kelly’s for lunch or dinner in Celestine and Cranberries in Jasper were both very good.”

“We were looking for a place to go off the grid for the weekend, just us 6 friends hanging out. This was the best place we could ask for! It was clean, rustic, and had everything we needed to grill, sit around a fire, and relax.PS actually off grid, no wifi and no cell service. Screenshot door code and instructions before your trip.”

“Vicki & Philip were “great” host! Too often when you rent a place like this you never see or meet the owners. Like I said, they were fantastic and actually added to pleasure of our over all stay. The place was perfect for the 6 of us. The only negative was not being able to get regular TV to watch the College World Series baseball games and the US Open Golf Tournament. But this could have been the lack of our knowledge of the tv system. But that would not stop us from going back. ”
