“This unique cottage in a quiet neighborhood provides a lovely view of the ocean with the calming sound of distant breakers. The double mattress is very soft, and we noticed a few ants in the kitchen but the home was otherwise clean and well equipped. A moderate walk (or short drive) down the hill takes you to a wonderful little cove with rocky outcrops to explore or just watch the waves crash for hours. Simply delightful.”

“Overall, we really liked this rental. It was spotlessly clean, although we did find a number of maintenance issues that need to be addressed like a leak under the kitchen sink, a slow drain, partially rotted door sill. We loved the location in a quiet neighborhood. The view from upstairs was lovely, and we sat upstairs every evening to take in the view and enjoy our wine. We found the beds to be very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was in a great location for us to visit several parks in the redwoods. We visited Jedediah State Park, Prairie Creek State Park, Redwood National Park, and Fern Canyon. This was one of our favorite homes on our 2 week National/state park road trip. The beds were very comfy and loved all the beds/rooms for our group. The highlights of the home were definitely the hot tub, game room, and basketball hoop. The host was very responsive! Thank you for the amazing home to stay in!”

“Very clean, well organized and thoughtful for travelers (ice was already waiting for us in the freezer and bottled water in the fridge, everything you would need in the kitchen, fluffy comfy towels, tons of blankets, etc), literally minutes from everything we wanted to see and do in Brookings.
