“This place is Brookings Deluxe! We loved our first night so much we re-booked for a second night. The property is well kept, so much attention to detail. You can tell they’ve put a lot of love into the place. The host is super charming, providing just the right amount of orientation/instruction and then respecting our privacy. Unbeatable views. “Excellent property and location. There wasn't any paper towels, garbage bags, the path to the beach needs to be trimmed. A few minor issues, otherwise we had a great time. ”

“Check -in was so easy! The condo was clean, spacious and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to make meals. The bedrooms are large and the bed was so comfortable. ”

“The apartment was very clean, a decent size, and comfortable. The only awkward thing is that the bathroom is located in the biggest bedroom that contains two out of the three beds. Otherwise it was great.”

“Amazing amenities! Close to everything. Host gave great places to hit while there and was very friendly and communicated alot . Only feedback would be if the A/C worked alittle better but you are by the ocean! Just open the windows!!”

“We had a great time at this property. Good location within Crescent City, easy access to the redwoods. Woke up to see otters and seals in the ocean with close coastal access. Great view of the lighthouse.”

“The place was great and in a quiet area close to the tide pools, park, brewery (and food), and lighthouse. We were able to walk everywhere in short time. The host was responsive and helpful and the house felt like a home”

“Well appointed, spacious and clean. Easy drive to state and national parks. Beautiful wooded backyard with deck, fire pit and hot tub I booked through Expedia. Make sure you also have a VRBO app or account if you book through Expedia. That is how the property manager communicates check in procedure. She communicates check in info well in advance but through VRBO. Didn’t have the app or VRBO account so I had to contact VRBO customer service to get access instructions. “The home was beautiful and clean. The host was very responsive, helpful, and informative. We especially enjoyed the fruit trees and the fire pit. The kitchen is enormous and well stocked.We were very disappointed there was not river access from the property, although it was just a short drive to public access.
