“Tried to contact host 4 times leading up to our stay. No response. We never received a response or access to the home. VRBO advised me they were cancelling our stay 1 hour after we were supposed to check in. Our last resort was a below average hotel. Don’t take your chances on this one”

The house satisfied all of our basic needs and I liked that it had a very long driveway because we were there to visit our family and we had plenty of room for them to park in the driveway because there was no parking on the streets. “Charlies Place is a super clean, lovely little home across the street from a private little beach. We kayak, so to be able to walk across the street to put in was a bonus. Bren is very communicative host and provides plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. There is a washer and dryer available as well. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly as well! Will for sure book Charlies Place in the future.”

The house is huge, with plenty of room for everyone, we loved the pool and hot tub. Also able to use the volleyball courts and fire pit. Plenty of outdoor comfortable sitting areas. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place. ”
