“This was my first experience booking a property via VRBO. The experience was perfect. I sent a few questions to the property manager which were answered quickly, the booking process was easy. Checkin was simple using the door code. The unit was clean and close to everything. The only thing that is missing is a dishwasher. Definitely would rent again.”

“So many pros about this space: location, parking, beach lockers, balcony, boardwalk, steps to the beach, clean, many restaurants near by, etc. The only cons are: lack of kitchenware (only a few glasses), fry pans are beat (Teflon coming off), and the furniture (couch/chair) are not comfortable. We would rent again because the pros outweigh the cons. Give this place a try - you won't regret it! ”

“We had an excellent time in Rehobeth. Our kids are teenagers, so they loved the easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and into town. My husband and I loved the vibe. Great community. We found ourselves riding our bikes to Cape Henlopen, Kayaking in the bay- large bird sanctuary. The house had plenty of room for all of us. “This was a comfortable place to stay overnight in Wilmington, an easy drive to downtown and back, off-street parking, and a simple check-in, all for a reasonable price. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in the kitchen a lot. I let the host know and they said they would work to improve it.”
