“Property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. Had a beautiful sunset and enjoyed sitting on the porch having breakfast and coffee in the morning. Owner very responsive to questions when checking in. Great spot to use as a launching point to the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Would definitely stay here again if in the area in the future. ”

“An amazing stay! Barb and David were great with communication and check-in and check-out were easy and simple. Excellent stay - all the amenities, super clean, well stocked, and comfortable stay. “Only quick overnight. Courteous, helpful office staff. Clean, comfortable yurt. Clean bathhouse facilities. ”

“It’s very cute and modern small condo for family of four. I am not sure if six will feet (sleeping sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on). The kitchen was good for basic cooking. Laundry is available. The most issue we had with air conditioning, it was very loud to sleep with. It was impossible to sleep without it because it was too hot. ”

“If you're looking for a beautiful cabin retreat that is off the beaten path, this is it! It's located in a beautiful ranch full of breathtaking views and full of different wildlife. “My partner and I enjoyed our two-night stay at the Sweet Peach. This is a great little studio for two. It has a loft bed that might not be accommodating for an older or larger person. A young person would love the loft, and it's also great for a day nap. We ended up using the pull-out sleeper couch at night rather than climb up and down the ladder. “This is the second time I've stayed here, as the location is convenient to my purpose for coming, and the cabin is equipped with a livingroom, 2 bedrooms, and a kitchen. We found it to be a good fit for our family of 5. We DID have some trouble getting up the slight incline of the driveway and onto the main road, as there was snow and ice, but Clint came out asap to bring us some "ice melt pellets". “Great space with a fully stocked kitchen. Nice to see a great variety of pans and baking dishes for those of us who really like to cook. Spacious and convenient to downtown Palisade, we walked in several times. Clean with tons of linens and towels when we arrived. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious. ”

“We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!”
