“I was overall happy with my stay at the Fairmont FKL, with one very important exception (listed under cons below). Pros: Close to the gondola, has a nice spa and decent gym. Mostly friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Okay level of cleanliness. Cons: Rooms do NOT look like they do in the hotel photos, they are dated and in need of a renovation. “We had a great time in Telluride and our accommodations were very nice. The condo is very well-equipped and we needed nothing. It is in walking distance to tons of restaurants and the gondola. Parking was challenging as there is a lot of construction around the area but we lucked out our 1st morning and were able to move to a space almost right in front of our unit. We had hoped to have a hot tub to soak in after walking all day but both pool and hot tub are under construction. One thing about...

“We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in went smooth and was pretty easy to find even in the dark as we arrived pretty late! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The pool/hot tub was awesome and all the mountain activities were a blast. We will definitely be back. Thank you! ”

“Great home for a family reunion!”

“We booked Neal's place for the Telluride Bluegrass festival and it worked out great. It was about a 15 minute walk to the festival and in a good location. The place was as advertised and accommodated our party of 10. Guest parking instructions were a bit confusing but worked out okay for us.”

“Excellent location - easy access to tos of awesome hikes, to Mountain Village and to town of Telluride. Super roomie even with 4 adults and 2 dogs, clean, quiet, we loved the deck and the peaceful Aspen trees. The neighbors were also very friendly! We were sad to leave.”

“Clean unit, in a great quiet location, and well stocked with necessities. Very accessible and responsive host. Pool is currently under construction and unavailable-there are other options available in town and host did offer to cover that expense (which was very generous) but less convenient than the on site option. ”

“Comfortable condo with a quick walk to the ski lift. Simply cut through the condos on the left side. Condo is better in person than in the pictures! Ski locker was a nice bonus to have. Well stocked kitchen. Coffee maker and filters for those that drink coffee. Beds were comfortable. The owner was super responsive. ”

“Had a great stay with the family. The house is very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed coffee on the front deck and the hot tub was a welcome post hiking treat. Great kitchen for cooking meals with the family. Lot's of room at the tables for playing cards. The dial a ride is super convenient access to the gondola. We saw a bear wander through the woods from the back patio and there were an abundance of deer and elk all over. ”

“Room was clean and had everything you'd want or expect. My only gripe is the ridiculously bright lights on the hotel across the street. Not their fault!”

“Probably the most peaceful place I've stayed. Great location for a visit to Mesa Verde. Off the main road enough to not get any traffic sounds. Tiny home has everything you need and hosts communication was great. ”

“Great peaceful and quiet getaway! The hosts are very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Super cute pups! The cabin is very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely relaxing and romantic stay. The location is perfect. Be sure to eat at the James Ranch Grill next door the food is delicious!”

"Great room and it all worked well. It was a bit unusual not to have a personal check in, but they had a good solution for it. The joint bathroom was good, although it felt like there were many rooms to that one bathroom. The stairs up was a challenge with suitcases and a poor back. The room itself was lovely and beautifully arranged. Loved it!"
