“Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Das liebevoll eingerichtete Zelt mit vielen Details hat uns sofort begeistert. Auf dem Gelände gibt es einen kleinen Trail, man kann am Fluss entspannen, auf der Terrasse die Ruhe genießen oder im Hot Tub abschalten – einfach perfekt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Klare Empfehlung – mehr als 5 Sterne, wenn es möglich wäre!”

“Our stay wasn't bad, I only have two complaints: It was a bit chilly in the basement And the volume on the tv didn't turn up, i had to read the subtitles because i couldn't hear it. The host was very easy to get ahold of, he responded right away when i messaged him. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, bus stop very close.”

“We came to Halifax for a little get away. So the kids could swim and go fishing, and that is exactly what they did. The water front was perfect, kayaks available (2, with life jackets), paddle boat (needs new steering but it worked ok). The closed in sun room (needs better ventilation, and maybe a propane fire table to complete the setting). The add in itself was a bit mis leading. We didn’t realize that the owners reside on the same property (the upstairs portion of the home). This made a bit...

“The place was very clean, it had everything we needed. The area is nice and plenty of walking trails and lakes. The host was nice and accommodating. The building could use more spund proofing as we could hear toddlers and stomping, but other than that everything was perfect. I can't wait to come back again.”

“The space was small but efficient and exactly what I needed. Easy to get in and out. Super clean. Would definitely recommend and book again”

“This clean neat and comfortable space provided a place to sleep but not much room to relax except on the bed. The tiny kitchen area allowed us to cook some meals. The shower was large enough to accommodate my tall husband. The air conditioner is noisy and has the duct going up the outside wall on the room. Not having a window was a bit of an adjustment. It was a place to rest our heads. ”

“Our host was fantastic waiting to show us around the property. This church has a very large kitchen with literally everything you could need. Same with the bathroom, nice and large with a washer/dryer. Also multiple tvs. We loved the location as it is only 25 min to airport and 20 min to Truro. Felt very homey and the eclectic decorating will make you smile. ”

“Me and my partner had an amazing time at this super sweet unit. It looks just like the pictures, check in and check out was super easy and host was very helpful. It is a little drive from downtown and shopping centre but we didn’t mind. It was nice, clean and welcoming. ”

“Over all a good place to stay. However the shower is not big enough and the shower head is in the wrong place. Difficult to have a proper shower. The place has very high humidity and the dehumidifier needs to be connected to a proper drain to run full time. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. We did some site seeing but enjoyed being at the cabin. The weather was not the best for a camp fire, the wood fired hot tub was enjoyable in the cooler misty weather. Property is clean, well kept, family friendly!!”

“Apartment appeared as advertised, very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and museums (Pier 21, Discovery Centre, Maritime Museum). We easily relied on public transit to get around. Apartment was clean and well organized”
