Das Haus ist vollständig eingerichtet und sehr sauber, Sumana hat uns sogar einige Geschenke bei Ankunft bereitgestellt, was uns sehr gefreut hat! "Frukosten som var dyr hade alldeles för lite grönsaker. Tomaten och gurkan som fanns där var från dagen innan, torra i kanterna. Frukten var också alldeles torr. Tjejen i receptionen var mer intresserad av och prata m kollegan än ge bra service. Pratade oerhört snabbt som om hon ville bli av med en snabbt. Inte kundvänligt på ett rätt dyrt hotell. Rummen annars väldigt fina och fräscha. Ett plus till killen i baren som gav tips och var mycket ödmjuk."

"Hotel smelt of smoke so badly you couldn’t breathe, so we had to check out and find alternative accommodation a few days before Christmas. The previous guests had even gone as far as covering the smoke alarm with a shower cap to ensure our smoking experience was ensured. Hotel were completely in denial, must be the only nose less room cleaner in Holland."
