“Decor is nice. Furniture is newer. Bath linens are higher end. Perfect space for 2, not 4. Nice size bed. Tiny bathroom that wouldn't be claustrophobic if larger than 200 lbs or taller than 6 ft. Super stuffy and hot on arrival (even though they are adamant about leaving the air conditioner at 74- it was over 80 with 1 window unit in living room). Bedroom was miserable in temp, until about 3A. No fans available. Why not? Not sure bed sheets were washed- crumbs that needed to be brushed off....

“This is the second time we have stayed at the Lawfts in Russell, KS. This property never disappoints and is our favorite place to stay while visiting relatives in the area. The full service kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, and bedrooms are nicely appointed and very clean. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. We will definitely choose this location once again when we are back in town. ”

“The house was very spacious, clean, and just as described in the listing. It's been really nicely remodeled with all the modern convenience, but retains its original feel. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. The location is a little off the beaten path, but worth the journey. We sat on the deck and watched the sun go down across the valley, listened to wild turkeys and coyotes howling. Very enjoyable stay, highly recommend!”
