“Our family had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem! The location is a bit of a trek-about 25-30 minutes to the hot springs, but has stunning views from the patio. The cabin was impeccably clean, and the layout made it perfect for our family of five. The host, Scott, was super gracious and made us feel welcome, the jar of honey was a great touch and also delicious. “My boyfriend and I had a great stay here. The house had everything we needed and it was a quick walk to town (5-10 minutes). The owner was quick to respond and was easy to communicate with. The house was historical and charming. This didn't bother us at all, but there was someone staying above us. Not sure if they lived there or if it was a business, but they were very quiet and didn't bother us at all. Overall, I recommend this place if you want an affordable and cool place to stay!”

“Great location and property. Only "negative" is I wouldn't have qualified this property as dog friendly. While dogs are allowed there are many rules about how they need to act and stay at the house and any violation of those results in additional charges. If I could have seen those rules before booking, I don't think I would have booked here for my furry friends.”

“We enjoyed our night in this cute little mountain town. It was the perfect location to spend the night before a day at the Hot Springs. Very clean, we loved the welcome sign, pizza was great, and the little town was adorable! One suggestion - either blinds or curtains that aren't see-through for the living room would be great to increase privacy. Also, not sure if you're aware, but the window in the front room is cracked. Didn't have any safety concerns, just wanted to let you know! Thanks :)”

“The view of Mount Sopris was absolutely gorgeous. The home was so spacious so that even with 11 of us it never felt cramped. We all enjoyed having the large table to seat all of us both inside and out. The children particularly enjoyed the yard spaces with the outside games, the creek and the hot tub. “Cozy and home like. Beautiful relaxing setting right on the river. Well equipped home. Great yard space for playing with children, eating outdoors or just relaxing by their er Management company was very helpful and quick to respond. My only constructive comment is that the second bedroom has minimal bureau space. Maybe some shelving in the large closet would be helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we return to the area. ”

We weren't planning on having a fire, so it didn't affect us, but that would be very disappointing if you were planning on it.Also the washing machine started randomly (twice!). “Our family (ages 1-73) enjoyed a lovely Christmas holiday here. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are clean & comfortable, & the views can’t be beat! We took several walks around the area & also enjoyed petting the horse. Check in & out was easy, too. Great stay!”

“Loved our stay. Property was located centrally to the Springs and all shopping in a quiet neighborhood . We were able to make from the front door to the hot springs within 10 minutes. Virginia was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Outside seating area was cute and private. ”
