“If I could give it more than a 5 star I would. I have stayed at Litchfield by the Sea for many years but never stayed in Heron Marsh. The property is shaded with beautiful live oaks. The screened in back porch that backed up to the marsh was my favorite place. The living spaces were large and very comfortable. Highly recommend!”

“The property was clean, tastefully designed, and comfortable. Check-in was easy. The king sized bed was very comfortable, and air conditioning was plentiful: we steamed up every time we went out. “This condo was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located. We had 3 people and used both beds and the pull out couch and we all slept comfortably. We cooked breakfast in the unit a few times and it was well stocked with all of the dinnerware, pans, and utensils. “We enjoyed our recent stay. The house was very nice. Very clean and the king sized bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed was in place with plenty of towels. Kitchen was very well stocked and the house was spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was farther than we expected and the houses are very close in proximity but the neighbors were quite so no issues. Very conveniently located and close to grocery stores and restaurants. ”

The condo is in excellent condition with beautiful decor, an incredibly comfy master bed and pillows, tons off space throughout out and well appointed kitchen. It is quiet and the perfect relaxation spot for morning coffee on the screened porch, dinner at the table that seats 6 and entertainment on the leather sectional. It is minutes from the causeway and First St beach parking. ”

“What a great place to make memories. Very clean and well appointed condo just steps from the beach. The open living area is cozy and comfortable with plenty of room. The dining table is large with chairs and benches available for any combination of desired seating. The ocean views from the balcony are amazing and it’s a great place to relax after the beach. The “beach” closet has everything you need from chairs , boogie boards, beach toys, and even a sun tent ! ”

“Everything was fantastic, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and amenities provided. The outdoor pool/hot tub at the resort weren't open yet for the season, but the indoor pool was open. Area is fairly quiet and private, and the beach is only about a minute walk away. I used Ubers to get around which wasn't an issue with the guard station at the resort entrance. Overall, a geeat experience, would definitely book again!”
