“This was the 3rd time we’ve stayed here and each time has been wonderful! So clean, so peaceful, and just a great place to sit back and enjoy the river life! ”

“It was perfect for the little time spent there only thing was there was absolutely no trash bags and the tvs didn’t work”

“Pros- Very clean, peaceful, and nicely decorated. Asthethically, very beautiful.Cons- Our bathroom towels in master bath were damp, and the person who lives across the street parks directly at the end of the driveway making it difficult for vehicles to back out of the driveway. Overall, we definitely recommend staying with this host and would stay again. Thank you! ”

“This property is perfect for working crews in the Refugio area. We were able to park our equipment on site and felt comfortable with it there. The owners were extremely flexible with our group and our trip days. We really enjoyed the outdoor setting with the outside cooking options since everyone felt relaxed outside after work. The bunk houses for extra accommodations worked well for our time there. We definitely recommend staying here.”

“We enjoyed staying at this property from check in to check out. The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of charm and character. It’s spacious which allowed us room to spread out and be comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to visit family in Beeville. One small request - please stock the kitchen with at least salt and pepper.”

“This house was well stocked, very clean, and the neighborhood was also upscale. ”

“Owner never showed up to let me check in called several times no answer took VRBO an hour to get ahold of owner. Owner canceled my stay several hours after check in. Left me strained and looking for a place to stay. VRBO was unhelpful at helping look or to offer to pay for place for me to stay for a night or two.”

“The house was amazing. The living space is very open and can accommodate any big family. Beds were great and very comfortable. Location is in a small quiet community. If you’re looking for a peaceful get away, this is the place for you. Thank you being a great Host! Excellent communication from the very start and very responsive!”
