Outside is unassuming and simple & could easily be passed over if one had not seen the interior pictures; a welcoming surprise when one opens the door. Wish we stayed longer but will definitely book again when in the area. ”

“We loved the woods behind the house and having the space to spread out and decompress after spending our days with the crowds at Museums. The house was inviting and clean. We cooked 3 of our meals while staying here, enjoyed some games from the closet, walked the property a few times, and had tea/coffee out on the covered patio. This place provided opportunity for relaxation and refreshing while traveling with my 80yr old Dad and 19yr old nephew with medical needs. There were plenty of outlets...

“Excellent base for the ark and also for the creation museum. Not a lot of accomodations for bathing or cooking as far as soap and spices go. We enjoyed the house and had a very comfortable stay. We don't live near trains so the three year old had a great time waving at every one that passes.”

“We only stayed one night, but the house was equipped with everything you would need for longer. The kitchen was clean with plenty of utensils and cooking apparatus for a group. The bathroom was small but had shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There was plenty of towels. There is a washer/dryer. And of course the television and reliable WiFi. The owner was nice and responded to messages in a timely manner. Check-in was easy. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. ”

“Lots of amenities in the kitchen and new appliances. The place looks brand new and decorated beautifully. TVs in every bedroom. We didn't use the nice deck or grill. ”

“We needed a place for our large family to stay overnight before visiting the ark encounter and this place fit the bill perfectly! Very clean! Beds were plentiful and comfortable and the children loved the extra large couch!”

“We had an incredible stay! We brought my parents, two adult children, and one teen. The main level was perfect for my parents and the rest of us stayed upstairs. The kids (adult and child) loved the game table! It got lots of use! It was a bit warm upstairs so we bought fans to help with that. The place was super clean and comfy!! ”

“This is the perfect rental for those visiting the Ark Encounter and CM. It’s close and convenient to both. This property is very comfortable and cozy and well stocked. We loved playing darts and fishing a bit. A wonderful experience all around! ”
