“ Owner was very responsive. House was very clean and all amenities were available. We will be back!”

“Had a pleasant overnight stay while helping my daughter move into TU. Unit was as described. Clean and comfortable. As mentioned, the units are separated by a wall and I did occasionally hear the visitors next door, but it wasn’t problematic. Bath had provided shampoo and conditioner, as well as a hairdryer. Would consider staying here again.”

“Nice property, clean! Its on well water. Could use some modern updates but overall a nice home to stay in. Bring a hair dryer. AC worked well as it was 95deg every day. Has hot tub but it was too hot for that. Id stay here again!”

Mid century modern decorations were amazing and fun to live with, especially for us senior citizens, since we grew up in that era! The location is so convenient to Ball State and fast to any other locations. ”
