One of the acs were not working and the refrigerator was leaking. On top of that the water coming from the pipes were rusty and smelled disgusting. The doors were terrible looking and rusty grills. “We’re a family 10 (7 adult and 3 kids) the place is ok, but needs Air Condition in the living areas upstairs and downstairs, also needs hot water take showers. The gate at the house need a lock. We past several times in the day and they was not guard at the mail entrance gate.”
