“We were surprised at how spacious and luxurious this home is. It more than accommodated our family of 14. The kitchen was fully equipped and the butlers pantry was a huge plus. Kids loved the arcade games and pool table. We swam and fished for hours off the dock and enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks provided.”

“Our stay was wonderful. Nature all around us. The cabin was very well equipped. Nothing we can thing of was missing. Shower room has everything short of a toothbrush. :) Kitchen has a bar area that seats 4. Coffee/Kuerig combination that also dispenses hot and cold water. Big smart TV in living area. Check in was super easy. An access code is sent and it works well. For nature lovers - we were very amused by all the hummingbirds chasing each other around. ”

“This is a spacious home, with a beautiful front room that faces a pond. It's in a very relaxing location. Furniture is minimalist, could use an extra chair. On this trip, my sisters and I spent 3 days there and went to Barter theater to watch "Frozen." My nephew enjoyed the fishing. Great place, great show. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax.”

“We drove up to Johnson City for orientation at ETSU and stayed one night. Very cute and clean place with comfortable beds!! Less than 10 min drive to ETSU. We plan to stay again when visiting our daughter at school. We absolutely loved Johnson City area! Thanks for letting us stay ”

“This was a return stay and like the first time, it didn't disappoint. Had everything we needed. Check-in and out is seamless. View of the river has changed a little after the 2024 flood but you can actually see more of the river, a plus. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing country setting, this place is for you.”

The complex was peaceful and quite. Communication with owner was timely and easy. Would definitely stay here again. Only down fall,if you are traveling with children or teens, there is nothing close by for them to do. If you are planning to stay in this location and want to rent a boat, do so early, they were booked when we arrived. ”

“We have been renting houseboats for years on Norris Lake, however this was our first experience, staying on a houseboat that had to remain at the dock. Honestly, we were a little apprehensive about remaining dock side but ended up, enjoying being dockside more than when we are anchored somewhere on the lake.
