“Wonderful house, close to the Ark and Creation Museum. Clean, fully stocked kitchen, splendid library of books, pool table, heated swimming pool, fire pit, piano, games, propane grill, and more. Plenty of room for our family of 16 to spread out and enjoy themselves. Quiet location with rolling green hills and fun sightings of deer and horses in the pasture across the road. Coffee on the screened porch in the mornings, with birdsong serenades, and frogs jumping around the pond down the hill....

“This cabin is the perfect vacation getaway! The cabin was so clean and beautifully decorated. The cabin was fully stocked with everything you would need to leave your worries behind. Tracy thought of everything you would need if you forgot to bring it; from snacks to bathroom needs. Tracy and Scott are amazing hosts! They are very friendly and accommodating. This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation. It wasn’t too far from The Ark and Lexington. It is in a peaceful and beautiful...

“Spacious place in the quiet and picturesque countryside yet just a few miles from Georgetown and area attractions and eateries. It cost us only 10 a day more than staying in a standard hotel room and made it much more pleasant to host family. Owner and son now live next door and daughter lives upstairs but they were quiet and very helpful. ”

“The house was charming. It was nicely outfitted with everything a traveler might need. The house was located within walking distance of several restaurants. We drove a short distance to tour the Buffalo Trace distillery. The tour was fun and informative. We spent 3 nights in Frankfort and had a lovely time. The hosts were very welcoming and provided information about the a town and what there was to see and do in the area.”

“Great location. Close to distilleries, state capitol, museums etc. Nice neighborhood. Great for walking the dog. Also not far from Lexington and Louisville. Made a trip to Churchill Downs. Highly recommend it! Very clean.”

“The home was well decorated, great location, with good response. Unfortunately the home has ants, as has mold/algae in the Kuerig machine which made it unusable, some beds did not have linens and had to reach out to get access to locked closet at bedtime which was inconvenient, one of the second floor bedrooms does not have a door, second floor restroom has a window in the shower that does not have covering allowing ability to see into shower, and enough toilet paper was provided.
