“The communication with the host was pathetic and their were no clear direction regarding checkin.
You basically go outside besides road side and get your key card. The room was okay but the Bedsheets had yellow stains and they looked dirty. Mattress would give you backache for sure. Avoid if possible.”

“Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar.
We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth.
I hope these points help improve the...

Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless”

“WARNING:
SMELLY, DIRTY AND DISGUSTING ROOMS!
SCAMMERS!
The listing does not tell you that your check-in desk is actually a car inside a parking lot on the third floor!
I know it’s hard to believe, but that’s the truth! Very difficult to find as well.
Also, after the so-called check in, you need to walk through the parking lot go to the seventh floor, then walk through an open area to a different building.
Each of those steps, you have to wait very long for the very dirty elevators also...

“A was underwhelming, it was advertised as 1 king bed, 1 single and a futon but the futon was just a sofa that was loosely covered by a cover to hide stains and tears.
The washing machine wasnt working, so that was disappointing as it was one of the reason I book the place.
It wasnt that the place wasnt clean, but it was aesthetically displeasing as it was covered with stains (blood?), the cushions were also stained and the covers either was torn or didnt quite fit the pillows.
There is no...

“Excellent stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur!
I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure.
The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive...

“Simply furnished apartment but no complaints about the property itself, which is in a lively area with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Only minus point was no glasses in the room and not being a fan of drinking wine from a mug I asked for some which arrived in moments, so kudos to them. ”

“Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at...
