“When in town for event at The Civic Center, it was completely convenient. Comfortable and we saved money by being able to prepare some meals in the condo. Nice view of downtown, skywalk access was appreciated because it was raining. Great communications, fair price, clean and cozy. We will be back.”

“This apartment was very comfortable and the host was easy to communicate with. There were however, some things I would consider updating; the carpet in the bedrooms are in desperate need of replacement, there were not enough linens in the bathroom and kitchen, things such as the air freshener in the bathroom had been empty for a long time and the rug in the living area is curled, a definite tripping hazard. The only other hassle with this property would be the parking. Fees from parking garages...

“Excelente place, very clean and organized inside, it could improve the external area and the identification (street name and number) thr maps was very clear and easy to find but I wad not expecting the gate to have that wood look and the small number in the electrical box. Other than that I would recomend this place to everyone. One more time, the cleanliness was perfect”

“Great spot!”

“The apartment was very clean, well decorated, and in a great area. I'll be booking this one again on my next trip to Des Moines.”

“Great easy spot with good space for a family. A bit farther from the main downtown but easily walkable.”

“Loved the tiger theme. This bungalow was conveniently located in an historic neighborhood, only 16-20 minutes from the state fair. I wish my sister had come with her dog because the place was well-adapted for traveling pups!”

“It was spacious and the kitchen supplied us with dishes and coffee. It was neat and clean.”

“Everything was just the right size for us. We thought the first aid kit in the bathroom was a very good idea. We were a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants and breweries.”

“Where to even start! Lori has obviously had experience with what travers need! We flew in, and were in the area for our son’s wedding. Fresh farm eggs, and more snacks and condiments, and fresh rolls, etc. we were not able to enjoy even half the yummy things her kitchen was packed with. And the farm and animals were obviously well kept and happy. I will have to find a reason to go back. I would give it a 200 out of 100 if I could! Just go sit in the peace, and watch the chickens. Thank for...

“Enjoyed the stay .. great location— nice fire pit - fold out mattresses are very uncomfortable— cozy/clean cottage overall .. will recommend ”

“Everything was great!”
