“This property was very well equipped with things any renter would need. Very clean and spacious even for a large group. Loved that there were three bathrooms and three showers and so many nice quality towels! The backyard is nice as well to get away and a nice big grill which we utilized and saved money eating out and fighting crowds of other hungry diners. What we liked most of all was the location. “We booked online. No indication in the advertising that the building had totally deteriorated. Some effort was being done for remodel, but, the outside of the building, looked like it was abandoned. “Overall was extremely dirty with rust, mold on the bathroom ceilings, chipping paint, tiles falling off the shower walls, carpets that felt oily. Hallways smell damp. The staff was very kind, though. Beds were okay. Smelled clean. Unfortunately the pictures did not match the state of the rooms. I do not think there is much that could be fixed here without major repairs. ”
