“Great house and good location on the lake. Clean and plenty of stuff to do. Emailed check out directions didn’t quite match the paper directions at the house but not a big deal. Neighbors on both sides were super nice but the lady across the street was not. She asked us in person to turn the music down so we completely turned it off and she still contacted the homeowner. Homeowner was super nice and understanding about it.”

“The property is great for family get togethers. It has a ton of room and everyone in my group was comfortable and had a great time. ”

“We enjoyed our stay we ate out the whole stay so didn't really use the kitchen but we will not stay at this location again but they have other properties I would like to check out here are the cons, driveway is not made for boats you have to back in a narrow uphill path, the hot tub needs some maintenance , the mosquitos were bad so the little kids could not play outside much, the wifi does go in and out and we d goutoutside,”

The host was very very good at accommodating and communication. The private beach was incredible! We had so much fun and stayed on it all day both days. White beautiful sand and clean water. “We’ve been here four times now and it’s always perfect for our big group of about 20. Sunset views from the couch, four bathrooms and a complete kitchen make for a great stay!”

“Our stay meet all expectations. House was clean and everything you needed was provided. Home was big enough to accommodate many generations and privacy. Eric was timely and communicated well. Check in and check out was very smooth. Pictures online do not do justice to the house or surrounding location. Good memories were made. All were in agreement, best vacation. Thank Eric. “Our family visits Lake Sam Rayburn every year around Memorial Day. We have stayed at several different rental properties over the years. This one is our new favorite! It’s about 15-20 minutes from Powell Park and Rayburn Park, which is where the rest of our family likes to camp. The house was very spacious and clean. I never saw a single bug inside the house. The master bedroom is very big. So are all the bedroom closets. Good A/C for the Texas heat. Nice large smart tv in the living room and...

“Our stay was so peaceful and none of us really wanted to leave. The outside shower was so fun and different. The water got very hot and was relaxing after a long day of fishing! We caught brim, bass, and catfish. They weren’t cooking size but still fun to reel in. We also rode in the kayaks and that was a lot of fun! The cabin felt very homey and the beds were extremely comfortable! The WiFi was nice to have to watch a movie at night but overall we stayed off the phones. 10/10 an amazing trip. ”

“Cozy and spacious quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a peaceful getaway with family. The bedrooms were very accommodating for multiple guests and children. Huge carport with great grill! Stocked supplies was a nice touch. Would def stay again. ”

“A good place to hangout and rest. Has a nice back patio but no warf or dock to park boats. Inside was clean and very comfortable. It was the best place for what we were looking for for just being a couple days there. ”
