“My wife and I had an excellent stay at the School House in Monticello last weekend! The home was clean and modern and had all of the thoughtful extras that make a good VRBO home great. It is located a very short walk to the center of Monticello and yet is in a very quiet location. Our host, Brian, was helpful and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was pleasant. Not a very cozy or welcoming front office, locks are everywhere, and you can’t access areas without a key card. Feels safe but a little overboard. ”

“Jeff was a wonderful host! He was very responsive the few messages I did send to him. The house was very welcoming and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kids loved the big open backyard. This home was so convenient for us since we were in the area to go to Wild Adventures for the weekend. We will definitely be back if we plan another Wild Adventures trip.”
