“This place was so nice and very quiet. We enjoyed the outside seating at sunset. It is not a bad drive to Bryce Canyon from there. I could tell the place is new. It needs to be dusted pretty badly, but otherwise clean. I had to make my best guess on connecting to the Wi-Fi and what to do for check out, so more info would be nice. ”

“Great trip to Utah with an old friend from high school. Kanab is the perfect central location to visit Zion, Bryce, & North Rim. The condo was as described, kitchen with all you need, beds clean and comfortable (although pillow a little hard). The carpeting on the stairs could use a cleaning - that's the only reason for the four stars for cleanliness - everything else was spotless. Over all a good base for our travels. Would stay here again.”

“This place is amazing, so quiet and cozy and direct access to cool hikes, and like other reviews it is not very clean inside or out. The cobwebs and dust are real and we had to rewash any dish we used as they were all dirty and there was trash and even clothing outside near the firepit/horseshoe area. The hottub was so great and also not clean so if you are picky and need things pretty clean, this could be an issue. It is also good to know that 4WD/AWD is pretty necessary. “First of all the communication with the owners was top notchl. Answered every question in a timely manner. The location in Copper cabin sits atop of winding dirt roads with a forested landscape.The cabin was well appointed and comfortable. Our only suggestion would be to update the kitchen wth cooking and serving wear. “This house is super cozy. My family and friends were enjoying the house. We’re welcomed by the fresh organic from Toni, she’s really nice and superb friendly. Her egg so delicious! The house was clean, no dust even on the top of the bunk bed! Also it complete, it has everything you need for the trip. This house is super recommended for the Lake Powell trip.”

“This quaint property is nestled in the middle of the mountains and in a new neighborhood that is still in under construction with gravel roads. GPS is unpredictable, but it only adds to the adventure. The cabin was spotless and it was nice to have a modern bathhouse with all amenities. It was hard to believe that we encountered virtually no bugs in the area. We only wish that we could bottle up the fresh mountain air and take it home as a souvenir. “The perfect location for a week long adventure in and around Zion. Located on the eastern edge it is within walking distance to the Zion Observation trail that overlooks Angels Landing and the entire Valley. “Stayed with my husband. Overall, we liked the cabin but had a few dislikes that may have been avoided if I had paid closer attention to the pictures. It was close to the East Entrance to Zion National Park, and easy to access Bryce Canyon NP and Grand Canyon NP (north rim), which we also visited. "What an amazing place! Absolutely beautiful! Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely cabin, rustique, charming and clean. The food at the restaurant was so good and full of flavors. Everywhere you looked there were animals, dogs, horses, chicken, bison. We just loved it! "

"A motel with cabins that’s relatively well kept. I stayed a night, just for sleeping, and it works fine for that if you’re in the area. It’s a 1 hour drive to Zion and 2 hours to Horseshoe Bend. Towels were dirty and bed linen had hair on them, so questionable if they were cleaned after previous guest. "
