“The home is located in a very safe neighborhood located blocks away from downtown Batavia and an easy drive into Geneva/St. Charles. I was able to communicate directly with the owner and he was wonderful to work with. The popcorn machine in the basement was a hit with my two daughters. The office space and standing desk made my workdays very comfortable. This is an amazing space and an amazing owner. Thank you!”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Everything was wonderful, from the accommodations to the weather. Everything we could need right there at the property with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy family and friends as we celebrated my daughter’s high school graduation. “We had two of our kids involved with a rick concert at the Allstate Arena. So we picked this listing due to its closeness to the arena. It worked out perfectly! Family met here before the show and easily transported to and from the arena. The house was just right for our group. Highly recommend this spot if you need accommodations in and around Ohare. ”

“The property/landscaping left little to the imagination. The lawn was overgrown, weeds everywhere, shrubbery overgrown. Not a pleasant first impression.While we were there, the door handle to the backyard, fell out into our hand. We struggled to use the backyard to let our dog out, as there was no way to use the door. We kept it locked and used the front yard for the dog.Prior to the handle falling apart, when we were able to go into the backyard the cable wire hung so low that my husband...

“I really enjoyed my stay. I just didn’t agree with us being put out due to the Parking situation when it was no other complaint. We are very reserved as a family.We knew the rules however this was very frustrating. I am the Birthday girl of the party. And we had a funeral the same day that we attended. But no complaint otherwise great experience. Owner was very pleasant and chill thank you for helping me overall celebrate my 30th in your home and the quick gathering after the funeral. 9/10...

Noises that makes you go crazy.

"There was noise from the elevator so loud that the bed was shaking. This was going on every time someone used the elevator. And that was going on throughout the nights as well. Toilet was running and refilling constantly. "

Great during weekends

"We stayed here for 3 nights when visiting Chicago. It is ok as it is much cheaper than closer to city. It is approx 30 min drive to city during weekends but much much longer during rush hours. So avoid that. We noticed it during the 3rd day and it was Monday... The room was ok and breakfast included, not very much as usual on these Inn´s but it worked as a start. Free Wifi worked well and parking also free and quite safe area. "
