“It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!! Also the garage is a bonus but anything larger than a mid range suv is not going to fit as parking is tight! The only issue we had was the neighbors were...

“My kids, grandkids ages 8-17 stayed for 4 days in December. It was nice that the house was decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong table. We visited the Farnsworth House nearby which was really interesting!”

“I loved how organized the hosts are from cleanliness of the home to the detailed instructions for maintenance during our stay. We will most likely come for another stay this summer to enjoy the warmer weather and other summer activities to do in this neighborhood!”

“We were attending a wedding in the area and wanted to have out family together. With three bedrooms and three baths, this was perfect. The accommodations where clean and fresh, with a services dog, having the back yard to let him run was so valuable. Thank you for your hospitality. Would stay there again”

Great during weekends

"We stayed here for 3 nights when visiting Chicago. It is ok as it is much cheaper than closer to city. It is approx 30 min drive to city during weekends but much much longer during rush hours. So avoid that. We noticed it during the 3rd day and it was Monday... The room was ok and breakfast included, not very much as usual on these Inn´s but it worked as a start. Free Wifi worked well and parking also free and quite safe area. "
