"Mycket bra läge med JR och tunnelbana på 60 meters avstånd samt gott om restauranger i närheten. Något små rum men välplanerade dubbelrum. Asiatiskt frukost som var god för de som inte förväntar sig frallor med pålägg och marmelad"

"Perfect stay! Everything was super neat and tidy. Cant really complain at all. Sing at the spa said tattoos where not allowed byt I checked with the staff and it was super cool. I have full legs, arms and back. Also saw other people with ink. Being a place in the most central parts of Shinjuku and an attractive capsule stay with lots of people it was so calm and quiet. People minding their own business. Sleeping area was still and quiet as well. Slept like a god. Lockers for shoes at the entrance, lockers for valubles on ground floor and also for bih suitcases one floor up. Super safe."

"The hotel has spacious room, with a big breakfast buffé which was rather nice. The bathroom gets a bit stuffy, and we noticed that there were dust/black spots a bit everywhere on the ceiling and the bathroom door (not sure if it was mold or just dust, due to the bathroom having bad ventilation). Turning on the dehumidifier helped against stuffinness. Other than that it was rather clean. The bad parts: Hotels.com says there is a fitness center available, but on site, but on site they said you have to pay to get access to it... The drying cycle of the washing machines did not work. Nothing was dry, even after 1h"

"Comfy no-nonsense hotel, very convenient location near Ikebukuro, but way calmer. My second stay there. A shame that people with tattoos are still banned from using their spa, an utterly senseless relict of a rule, very out of place in a modern hotel."

"Fantastiskt läge vid Nippori station. Sköna sängar. För varmt rum från den 7 nov då hotellet byter från a/c till uppvärmning. Från rummet på våning 13 kan man se Mount Fuji. Rimligt bra frukost. Inga strömadapters i receptionen - ta med egen. "
