Good space in room (compare with other hotel room in Tokyo) with bath, kitchen, workspace and small couch. Very small tv and make sure you book the whole visit in advance. If you try to extend 1 night you get robed.”

“This is a great property. The location is ideal…1 stop from Shinjuku, 4 from Shibuya on the Yamanote line. Sean is a great host…incredibly responsive and communicative. There are two things I wish I’d known before booking. I probably would have booked anyway but a consideration. This is a first floor/basement apartment. “For Tokyo larger rooms than usual, a nice bathtub, quiet area next to a very lively area. Staff friendly and helpful, cleaning costs a small fee and is done on demand, but the rooms are quite clean. I would definitely stay here again.”

It’s also within easy walking distance to the train station, so getting around Tokyo was very smooth for us. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and the whole place felt welcoming.
