“Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. “Wasn't up to the standard that you got the impression of via pictures when you booked. The room was worn and would have needed a renovation some time ago. Dark, was like a bunker. The pool, on the other hand, was very nice, and above all not full of people. The breakfast was big, but most of it was "dinners" according to where we come from. The location was also very good, close to several popular places Will not book there again, we have been to KL 5 times and will be back in the future.”
