“所謂ホテルではなく民泊形式なので、アメニティやタオルなどは期待していませんでしたが、フェイスタオルが多めに用意されており、不足ありませんでした。食器はありますがコップが無いため調達するか持参すると良いです。ロケーションは最高で部屋も広く快適に過ごせますのでオススメです。 小さいバルコニーからは海も見えるのですが、生憎まだ肌寒い季節で堪能できなかったのは残念です。”

“とても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。宿泊者全員とても気に入っていました。 困った点といえば、事前の施設利用方法（鍵の暗唱番号含む）のお知らせが来なかったこと。 心配になって連絡しましたが、施設からはエクスペディアへ送っている、とのことでしたが、メールごみ箱なども確認しましたが、やはり見つかりませんでした。 どこかでフィルタされてしまったのか？ 施設の連絡先に連絡してからはとても丁寧に対応していただき、不安は解消されました。 ”

“施設がとても綺麗で快適でした。 何人か虫が苦手なのでどんな虫がいるのかと不安でしたが蚊だけでよかったです。 台風が近づいている中行ったので、到着時に大雨でしたが玄関ロックを開けてくださり、駐車場も 案内していただいて親切でした。 部屋のあちこちに騒音の注意が貼ってあり、どの程度なら平気かわからないので、いつクレームが来るかとドキドキしながら過ごしました。 それ以外はとっても良かったです。”

“東京に住んでいる親戚と会うために利用しました。かなり良かったので、次回東京に行く際はまた利用したいと思いました。 ●外見は古いですが、中はリフォームしてあるのでキレイです。 ●施設前の道が意外と広く、人の乗り降り、荷おろしも余裕をもてた ●ウェルカムギフトがたくさん！こどもたちと喜ぶお菓子と、大人が喜ぶドリンク(アルコール)まで！ ●バスタオルも小さいタオルもたくさん置いてあるので安心 ●調理器具や食器も豊富にそろえてある ※京王線の近くで、電車の音が気になりました。が耳栓も置いてあり対策済でした。 宿泊者とオーナーのやり取りするノートが置いてあり、宿泊者のメッセージにオーナーさんがちゃんと返信しており、オーナーさんへの信頼感が上がりました。 1泊だけでしたがとても気持ち良く利用させていただきました。 ありがとうございました！”
