“This and many other hotels owned by similar owners have given the poorest customer service for online reservations. I ordered a room with a King sized bed, but was presented a room with two queens. They tried to make me pay twice even though I told them I paid through VRBO. That was an absolute fiasco. I could go on. It wasn't a nice stay. ”

“When I arrived to check in there were no rooms available. I had messaged the VRBO owner to let him know that I would not be arriving until 11:30 pm and he said it would be fine. When i arrived the hotel was out of rooms and it was incredibly dirty. I have tried contacting the VRBO owner and he has said he will look into it. I had to pay an extreme amount to stay at another hotel on graduation weekend. ”

“We loved our anniversary weekend at this Vrbo! It was in a nice, secluded area close to town. The owners were very friendly upon arrival, and then gave us our space for the rest of our stay. We had concerns about this not being a private location, but the two homes are definitely soundproofed. Although we could smell their dinners being made lol, and thought about joining them.
