““Kasa was a wonderful place to stay. The location and view were excellent, and communication was clear and timely. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and it is conveniently situated with many amenities within walking distance, which made our stay very enjoyable.””

“This place is ideal for a vacation. An apartment rather than a room . Equipped with coffee maker, kettle, dish washer, laundry machine, tumbler, air conditioning etc. Very comfortable bed and the bedding was super comfortable. There was some, muffled, sound from the nearby railway, so if you are sensitive, you better bring earplugs. But the windows are very well insulated. The support is available through the app but very attentive and service minded.”

“Very nice building in Little Italy neighborhood. The apartment was very confortable and well modern decorated. Caution: you have to register online before obtaining the codes for entering the building... And you will have to give your ID documents and crédit card, and pictures of you and the system of caméras are not well described and not easy to do.... Also, There is no réception desk and nobody présent there...”

“Overall, our stay was wonderful! The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and the service was excellent. The only downside was that we had some issues with the AC. Luckily, the weather wasn’t too hot, so it wasn’t unbearable, but it was a little uncomfortable at times. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay!”

“Overall a great stay for the price. The unit is a bit older of a building and apartment than the pictures may suggest. That being said, very clean and the host kindly had the AC running so the apartment was cool and comfortable when I arrived. ”

"Trevligt hotell i lugnt område med korta promenadavstånd till stadens mest centrala delar. Den australiensiska restaurangen i bottenplan var ett positivt inslag med mycket trevlig personal. Personalen i receptionen var däremot oengagerade och inte särskilt professionella."

"Good location down town Chicago. Good for family with kids with a decent breakfast included in the price. Busy breakfast area though. Crowded and hectic. The inner open yard sounds like a swimmingpool hall. Bed sofa not very comfortable. "

"As a swede, my opinon is that hotels in US can differ so much in quality, but this hotel is really a gem! Very clean, fresh and a great feeling everywhere. Friendly staff, great gym and in general a high quality experience. We booked with breakfast, and the breakfast is worth its price. Overall, a really great experience!"

"Levde inte riktigt upp till förväntningarna. Kan bero på att vi fick ett rum med bara en shakt upp till innergården utanför fönstret. Sedan var underhållet eftersatt med flagande färg i trapphus och korridorer. Toadörren gick inte att stänga Det var välstädat och personalen var inte så påträngande som de brukar vara i USA. Wi-Fi funkade bra"
