“The pictures of the property were misleading. The house is much smaller than the pictures indicate. The home has been partially restored, but it has not been finished. Furniture in the bedrooms was very limited. There were no shelves and no closet rods in the closets, thus there was no place to hang any clothes or store and folded clothes.The bathrooms were very small and the shower in the second bathroom was extremely 'tight' for our 6'7" son.The bed in the middle bedroom was a twin bed with a...

“The home was beautiful great location, quiet neighborhood near restaurant convenience store stores. ”

“I was in Hattiesburg for my two children’s graduation from USM. The house was termite infested. The floor was falling in due to the termites. The backyard was very grown over filled with bugs. The garage door would not open. The house had a terrible smell. I could go on and on. The big disappointment was THE PROPERTY HOST. I was called a liar and constantly harassed by property host and the neighbor Van Lewis! Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER RENTING THIS HOUSE!”

“A nice, quiet little get away. Very comfortable and clean. The only thing that put a damper on my stay was a power outage due to a passing storm which is of course outside the host’s control. Loved it!”
