“5 star rating, because I dont want to ding them. I made the mistake of not researching what I was getting into. Good for the money if you need to be in downtown reno. This is Student Housing, which they didn't go out of their way to mention. The unit itself was nice, and clean. The neighborhood (downtown Reno) is like a trashy vegas. There was dog poop in the hallways. Hallways and common areas are what you would imagine being at student housing. 2 am fire alarm pull, was not pleasant. Parking...

“We had a family of 10 from 8 years old to 73. Had an amazing time, the home is beautiful, had everything we needed for our families. Dee was attentive, always answered my questions in a timely manner. We rented a boat so the dock came in very handy, the last day we just stayed on the lower dock and the kids had a blast jumping off the dock, as we took advantage of the great furniture they had on the lower dock. “The house is adorable. It was the ideal size for our family of 3. Each bedroom has a king size bed and own bathroom. The outside area is shared with 2 other units. The windows and house are well insulated so if others are outside, the house is still quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to navigate. Overall a wonderful stay. Thank you! ”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. We were there for 3 nights for ski. The house was very clean, modern, and spacious. We felt very comfortable and relaxed to stay. The location was good, too. We will definitely return again. ”

“The check-in was so efficient, exactly as described in the listing. The cabin is light & bright and laid out well. The 4 of us used the kitchen table for playing card games at night and it wasn’t cramped. The living room area was comfortable with the sofa and 2 easy chairs.”
