“It was great place to stay, quite and calm neighborhood, the stairs like others have said are narrow but that is expected with an older historical home. It was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks again for the stay.”

“The facility is beautiful. If you plan to stay in the area for more than a day, it would be a wonderful stay. However, if you are planning for one day, not so much. The procedures for check-in is different than extended, as there is a lock-box for entry for extended. There was no instructions for entry, however there was a person on site that processed our reservation. ”

“Had a wonderful time staying at the cozy shoehouse as we took a couple days to reunite with family after moving out of state. Spent 23 years in York visiting the shoe from time to time. It was very nostalgic inside and outside of the shoe. Unlike practically all shoes, this one did not stink.”

“We were impressed with all aspects of the house and pool. Very well stocked with kitchen, bath and pool essentials. The house is so close to downtown Hershey, the park, chocolate factory and other outdoor activities. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to explore all that Hersey has to offer. ”

“This was my first time using VRBO. The description of the property was exactly what it said. If you have a baby and young children they also provide baby beds, high chair, books and games. Great location to the surrounding farm land, shops and restaurants. The host were great. The cottage has a warm country feel. I would recommend staying there. ”

“We stayed three nights in order to enjoy Hershey Park. The location to the park is outstanding. We like to bring our own breakfast foods and dinner to save some money and the kitchen worked well. My only complaint is there were no potholders and only 1 dishwasher tablet. I am sure if we had called, they would have helped,..but I didn't. “We arrived to find no area to park. Area was terrible ! Every other home had surveillance cameras and beware of dogs signs. Neighborhood had litter strewn all about. I live and work in Detroit michigan so I know what a dangerous neighborhood looks like and this was extremely unsafe. "We stayed for one night passing through on our roadtrip in Pennsylvania. The room was good for the price, free wifi, parking and breakfast. Close to shoppingcenter, about 5 mins by car. Restaurants nearby as well. Worked very well for overnight stay."
