The people in the reception are nice and friendly, and there is a breakfast restaurant located in the lobby, even though it is small and not so well stocked but with quite high prices. Kitchen wasn't cleaned so there was still some rice left in the pot from the previous guest. The kitchen tools were blunt and the non stick frying pan overused and had lost it's "non stick" coating. There was no mat for the shoes so there after a day out there was gravel all over the floor. But the worst part is that we arrived one day late due to a snowstorm. Sonder made no effort to make up for the extra day we had to pay for. Albeit in their cancellation policy, I would argue that it's common decency not to take a full charge when your guest is stuck on a train for 20 hours."
