“Very clean. Nice amenities: snacks, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, cute night light, fan, washer/dryer, nice towels, WiFi. Appreciated the laminated instructions for the facility. Kitchen was well-appointed. Slept well on the Purple mattress. Struggled with getting TV to function. I believe the guests before me signed out of the TV account despite the instructions to NOT sign out. ”

“Everything was better than we expected. The oven was out of order during our stay, but apart from that - it was fantastic! We would definitely book here again! Our kids loved the hit tub and all the fun back yard things to do! - however, if you really enjoy ping pong.. I’d bring your own paddles and balls! The ones on site weren’t great, but that’s understandable. Cheers!”

“Absolutely beautiful and peaceful. I loved my stay here. The house was comfortable and the setting was very private and isolated. Keep in mind that this place is out of the way so you will end up driving at least 20 to 30 minutes to get to Franklin and Lieper’s Fork and 50 to 60 minutes to Nashville. But if you want quiet and peacefulness, this is certainly the place. I loved to sit outside and listen to the creek and watch the birds. ”

“WOW!!! Great property! Super clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need! So relaxing to sit by a fire in the fire pit, rock on the front porch during a rain storm, fish in the pond, wade in the stream, hike a trail, and float on a raft! We were in area for a family wedding and one night other family members came over for dinner. They were all jealous of our VRBO!! Hosts were amazing too! Check it out!”
