“We had a good time despite the weather! The pool at this condo could be bigger for sure but the location right on the beach is great! Beach chairs were provided! There was an issue with the a/c so it was kind of damp in there but they were supposed to be coming to fix the Monday after we left!”

“The location and accommodations were great. The only thing I would mention is to check the propane in the tank prior to planning a grill night. It was empty. Also, the owner of this unit lets you control the AC yourself. Other units have WiFi thermostats so they regulated the room temps, not good!”

“We normally would not drive up to this part of Florida for a beach vacation, but we met our Georgia family up there and we had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and perfect size for my husband and I and our 17-year-old son. I love that there was a thought in providing slippers, flip flops and other items to make the stay comfortable. “We really loved the hot tub, pool/ping pong table, arcade games, and foosball table. The location is a short walk to a very private, beautiful beach. The stairs are no joke (and kitchen/living area is on third floor) so keep this in mind if you're traveling with older relatives. No shower soap or shampoo so bring your own. The kitchen was well-stocked.”

“First trip for the grandbabies. The beach was close and no one else was on the beach except us. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. Owner responded quickly with any questions i had. Very nice stay.”

“First of all let me say this is my third stay in this community but my first time at this cottage. My husband and I came with a large group who rented other cottages in the neighborhood and we brought our dogs. The location is perfect and the house was also great for what we needed. The street is quiet and the pool is always empty for the most part. We will most definitely be back and we can’t wait. Don’t forget to hit up local spots in MB! “This was a great quiet place to stay for my two daughters, wife and myself. We were looking for somewhere to avoid the crowds of Panama City and Destin and this was exactly what we wanted. This is no way a knock on the property, but it does say it will sleep 8 and I think it would be crowded with more than 2 adults since there is one bathroom, but with two parents and up to 3 or 4 kids it is perfect. Everything for my family exceeded our expectations. ”

“Absolutely love staying here. This was our 2nd year staying here and can’t wait to go again. Everything was wonderful with the place other than a couple minor inconveniences that people should be aware about. 1) They recently redid the sand dunes in front of the townhome so you do have to “hike” up the fairly steep dunes to actually get to the beach. 2) The bedroom doors have child locks on them which does not seem like a big deal but it’s just an inconvenience that should not be on a rental...
