“I have stayed at lots of vrbos and this by far has to be my favorite. The tranquility and peacefulness that engulfed this home was like no other. The area was quiet and perfect. We traveled to Tennessee to go ride atvs in the mountains, and this was a perfect retreat after a long day. This house just keeps going! I booked this house because it was central to everywhere we were going, and had enough room. When we arrived I didn’t realize there would be a finished basement with basically a whole...

“Spotless, with very comfortable beds and furnishings including snacks, towels, and extras! There is not a full kitchen, but they have a toaster, coffee pot, crock pot, toaster oven, and grill available with plenty of disposable dishes. Very quiet, with a great outdoor space facing the woods. Fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating too. Highly rexommend!!!”

“Property was awesome clean and plenty of room and the lake view was amazing. We hope to stay there next year when we come back to town. ”

“Delightful patio and view. Hot water worked, bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and useable, fridge and appliances all worked,. On the negative, some of the towels were old and scratchy, the living room A/C was noisy. Although building access was good, the windows are weak points in the security of the apartment. The outside of the building is badly in need of maintenance. And, please tell renters about the very tight parking space. ”

“I always love staying downtown Knoxville. The apartment is located right in Market Square, so an easy walk to everything. If the outside downtown noise bothers you, there are disposable earplugs provided. All the necessities are provided and everything was clean and neat. ”

“Had the opportunity to stay here with my son while touring the University of Tennessee. Great location, clean residence, and responsive owner. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.”

“We were only here for 3 nights and it rained almost 1 whole day, we still had a great time. We brought our boat and the grandkids and they had a blast. The convince of having our own boat ramp and covered doc was amazing. The view from the property is incredible. Host was very timely in responding to messages and made our checkin process very easy. They say it was the best vacation ever!!!”

“This particular area of Watts Bar Lake is probably the best view on the whole lake for sunsets. Aside from the views, the house is amazing with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We also made use of the boatlift, which is conveniently located in a community dock area below the house that’s easily accessible by golf cart. For those looking for hiking or running, there are plenty of roads and trails (just be aware, very hilly). ”

“No cell phone service up there , but everyone was helpful. I would definitely be booking again soon.”

“Our team was blown away by the space! They raved from the minute they walked inside. While we were close enough to walk to everywhere we needed to be, we had privacy and time to bond as a team since were not staying at the hotels with the rest of our convention participants. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and were excited to go home with clean clothes instead of having to laundry when they returned from our long, draining convention. We would definitely stay here again (and probably will)!”

“This property is centrally located. Quiet and relaxing. Plenty of room and comfortable beds.Bathroom is a bit outdated and the shower drips, but functional and clean.”

“We stayed here as a base location for motorcycle rides in the area. House was clean, and close to the surrounding cities we went to. It was very peaceful and quiet. ”

“Had trouble getting messages back from host I had to initiate the call 1 day prior finally recieved call back that evening Didn’t realize the host was living there full time But he did accommodate us as we pet set for Mr T he’s sweet and very well behaved just kinda weird but had no other places to go everthing was booked and last minute getting host to respond but all in all served the purpose ”

“The week we spent on the property was so much fun and a perfect place to create memories! It was a little rainy but even rainy days were fun and filled with games, laughter, and love. ”

“The place was in a very quiet area and was very well outfitted. It was very relaxing.”

“The loft was very cool, and my wife and I loved the layout. It was clean and comfortable. Location was great with a lot of food and things to do nearby. Would definitely consider staying here again. Only complaint is that the closest parking (next to the building) is a paid lot. There are unpaid lots walking distance, but we chose to pay to park for convenience. ”
